1.The request of return must be made via email within 3 days upon receiving. otherwise, it is considered to be used and can not be accepted the return.
2. All returned items must be in the original packaging with all components and accessories included, and you should provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return.
3.The gift items are not refundable. Buyer can still exchange size (only) or return as store credit.
4.For item with free or discount postage, the actual postage cost is deducted from total refund amount.
5.Postage fee and handling fee is not refundable. Buyer will pay all the postage for return or exchange. but We will bear all the shipping cost if the item(s) is (are) not as described.
6.If the item has a manufacturer defect or is damaged during the shipping, you should ask the claim to the carrier and we will send you the replacement at our cost (no refund given).
